I need to undergo teaching internship because it is intended for me to be a chance to use the knowledge and abilities I learned throughout my learning on how to be a better educator in the future, as well as to broaden the knowledge via hands-on experience on teaching students. It also empowers me to perform my roles in my respective level, subject area and discipline as well as to prepare me for my personal and professional advancement.
Among the 4 phases of internship, which seems difficult? Why?

PHASE 4 - Final demonstrations accomplishing exit formsI think this phase seems difficult because the execution of teaching occurs in this stage. I think this stage is difficult yet challenging for an intern like me. The demonstration phase require a large amount of preliminary preparation and considerable skills are required to give a better demonstration.

Reflection
I enjoyed answering the task for I understood the vital role of teaching internship to my success as a professional teacher. I also came to dig in deeper with the legal documents that apply to the teaching profession. I am satisfied with the outcome of this task because I get to reflect my real vision as a teacher.
